I’m a couple of weeks into my new role at Do Nation and this seems like a good opportunity to reflect on the challenges we face in the next few years and to think about how we might go about achieving our aims. Beyond our business objectives, what is it we actually want to achieve as an organisation? Continue reading

Mindfulness
This weekend I got into an interesting conversation on ‘Mindfulness’. I’d heard of this practice before, noticed it popping up in various conversations and across different channels – I was vaguely aware it was one of those new fads, like Pilates and yoga had been, born from Buddhism. David used The DoNation as part of his entry to the Great Energy Race sponsored by B&Q. He was shortlisted for an award after renovating his home, adopting new low carbon habits within the family, and inspiring others to do their bit via his Donate by Doing page. Continue reading
